When our daughter was born, Christal was our first nurse in the nursey. We were concerned that we might end up dealing with a low blood sugar issue with her due to my Type 2 Diabetes. It wasn't as dire as our now 4 year old when he was born and ended up in the NICU, but still a huge concern for us. Christal was so reassuring and quite funny too. She said something to the effect of her babies don't go to the NICU for this. She stayed on top of feedings and even stopped in before she left for the evening to let us know what was going on and that she had informed the next nurse to stay on top of it. Surely enough, a few hours later, our daughter was able to return to us. She is now home and doing well.
