Christine is very patient and understanding. She always has a positive attitude and is very team oriented. She is the first to respond in emergency situations and is very skilled and confident,keeping the event calm and organized. Her patients come first,ensuring they are comfortable, and she is able to adapt to high patient volumes and intense demands. Christine recently collaborated with two other departments in a performance improvement project which has successfully been adopted here at Memorial Hermann Southwest. Her hard work and determination in this project will provide support to patients from the beginning at the doctor's office, throughout the hospital, and even once they return to the community. She has really bridged the gap.
