As a nurse leader, Connie truly exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of SJH. She works well with all levels of staff. She was a mentor to a new staff member during our stay. Her skill and confidence truly provided an excellent experience for staff, physicians, patients, and family. She is an ANGEL and a Great nurse.

Connie demonstrated exceptional clinical skill and judgment during a critical time in my mother's care. Connie has mastered the Art of multitasking, managing the vent and multiple drips while comforting my mother, and reassuring her through her calm persona.

It does not matter if she is in the role of a leader; as Charge nurse, a mentor/preceptor; teaching our new nurses, as a nurse caring for a patient, a nurse caring for and comforting a family or working with a team of employees on a committee. Connie has an overwhelming calm demeanor that glows with compassion, empathy, sympathy, and confidence. I am so glad that Connie chose our facility to "shine" at and she could not have picked a better unit than CTVU because of her ability to touch and mend a heart goes far beyond just her nursing "clinical skills".
