My husband had a severe reaction to Ativan. As the crisis unfolded, David took charge. He called security and told the staff to close all the patient doors. His calmness during the crisis is commendable. He set the tone so no one was injured, and was the leader of the staff. A true value of an organization is how it reacts to a crisis. You should be proud of all your staff and their reaction during a crisis. David counseled me and was very calm and reassuring to me.
