Emily always goes above and beyond to care for her patients. We had a patient this month who was admitted and told she had to go to the OR. The patient was tearful and very scared. Her husband had to leave and go home because he could not drive at night. Emily went upstairs to check on the patient on herbreak and after she got off and was able to be with the patient before and after surgery. She also went to check on her the next day. Emily personifies what a nurse is meant to be. She is excellent at her job and cares for each patient by going above and beyond.
