Erica was with us the last 3 days with our young 45-years old loved one. She was, of course, professional and knew what she was doing. She explained everything she could. We did harvest organs and she was lovely with that. But it was the above and beyond things - learning all our names, helping with the patients 10-year-old daughter, hugs and kind words- that made all the difference.

Over the past 10 years, we have been in so many hospitals and facilities with our ailing parents and having a child who had a severe drug addiction for six years. We have never experienced the exceptional care and sincere concern we received from our nurse, Erica K. We left the hospital feeling like we gained a best friend. She made a very scary time in our life so much easier knowing the amazing care and constant attention and high quality and professional nursing care my husband was receiving. We will truly miss her! It was the best nursing care ever! Truly from the heart.
