Faith Wright was right at my mother's bedside while caring for her. She seemed to know exactly what to do in every instance to make my mother feel comfortable and was very accommodating to my mother. She knew when my mother was in respiratory distress and needed to be suctioned to ensure her feeding tube and port were properly in place and clean. She seemed to be concerned about my mother's altered state.
Faith answered any questions I had about my mother's care. I never had to ask her to turn her, suction out her tubes, or check medications via IV. She took initiative and operated with high integrity while caring for my mother. Faith was a great listener and offered her own personal testament of being a caregiver for a family member. She allowed me to voice my concerns, ask numerous questions and was very encouraging to me.
Faith seems to really care about the patients she treats and their families. I was a complete mess. I didn't know if my mother would survive the weekend and I was very afraid and distraught. After chatting and laughing with Faith, I felt so much better and at ease. She assured me that everything was being done to get my mother better. Her warm smile and words of encouragement were what I needed. I loved the way she was so attentive to my mother and her skillful nature was quite impressive. I am truly thankful for Faith's efforts to improve my mother's quality of life and the difference she made in my brief encounter with her.
