Working in Inpatient Physical Screening Center is not easy. Nurses have to make rational and efficient arrangements for the clients and provide high quality service. When the physical examinations detect some health problem or disease, the clients become our patients. At the moment they hear the results, their anxiety and other psychological state transform instantly, and sometimes they are in tears right in front of you.

One day, a couple came to the center with a girl 4 to 5 years old. Huang Feifei was the leading nurse for them. Ms. Huang noticed the little girl fell asleep, so she took the initiative to adjust the screening arrangements and negotiated with other departments. The couple took turns getting the examinations as quickly as possible, and one of them was able to be with their daughter at all times. The couple was very grateful. However, the mother's thyroid ultrasound found a nodule with rich blood supply, which sounded really scary to her. The physician from general consultation recommended that the mother get a follow-up test in three months. The mother was still very nervous and kept asking Feifei "Does it matter?" repeatedly. She was in tears. To calm her down, Feifei made an appointment for the mother with a head and neck surgeon who could immediately explain more details and likely outcomes.

The couple appreciated the careful caring and the thoughtful arrangement Feifei provided for them.
