I went in for some tests because I was having chest pains and was concerned. Gerald was extremely kind and compassionate. He was very respectful to me while he was setting up the EKG and took the time to tell me everything he was doing as he did it. For example, "I'm just going to pull your pants leg up and pull your sock down." He made sure I had an extra gown to drape over me, so nothing was exposed.
I know in the grand scheme of things this may seem like a trivial thing, but doctor's appointments, especially Cardiology appointments, can be very stressful. It is nice and very refreshing to have someone go out of their way to make you calm and relaxed.
