As scared and nervous as I was, Heather put me totally at ease. She truly has the Loma Linda University Health mission and values at heart. I have trust issues and I battle depression. What she doesn't know is that I also battle suicidal thoughts. She made me feel like I am somebody and I am important and I matter. She made my stay a wonderful time and brought my level of anxiety and depression down. This brings so much joy to my heart that there are still people out there that still care and take the job at heart.
