Iryna was extremely professional. She portrayed a positive attitude, explained medical procedures well and complimented me on my progress. She always left me feeling good about my treatment. She represented NCH extremely well!

From the moment Iryna introduced herself to me as one of my nurses, she made my stay very pleasant. Being a patient I am very scared, especially with all the tests going on, but she has done an amazing job talking with me and letting me know what all is going on. She shows that she truly cares. She is very prompt in any matter that I may have. Iryna is very compassionate, even if it's just to pop into my room to check in on me. You can tell she truly and really cares. I can't thank her enough! For being in the hospital under the circumstances I am she has made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you again!

My mother was admitted on July 21st for severe pain and nausea symptoms. As the staff determined her Tripoin levels to be elevated, she was admitted to 4N.Cardiac Telemetry for further evaluation. What a blessing that turned out to be. All of the staff, nurses and techs were wonderful! I have to especially express my gratitude to Iryna. She not only provided exceptional, compassionate care, she also followed up our concerns that I had on behalf of my mother. She truly went the extra mile to be sure my Mom had everything she needed. She showed a wonderful sense of humor and demonstrated a true love for the vocation of nursing. All this despite being so busy! She never rushed my Mom or her "roommate". And made each patient feel well cared for. Thank you to Iryna and NCH for providing such excellent care.
