I have brought a friend for two and half months twice weekly for infusions. Janine treats each of her patients with similar dignity and respect. Her remarkable ability to explain procedural steps, even to non-communitive patients is commendable. She has an uncanny ability to ease fears that is simply beautiful to witness. Janine is so adept, efficient, and attentive that despite often having four or more patients at one time, she skillfully makes each her sole concern. Further, she extends this same courtesy to us as visitors also. Janine also extends this same courtesy and empathy to her fellow staff. This instills teamwork and makes for a positive atmosphere in her unit. This, in turn, sheds a very positive light for Van Diest Medical Center.

She is really great. Very caring and does everything possible to make you comfortable. She goes way out of her way to do this.
