I stayed in the hospital for 15 days, in my first few days I rang the bell because I needed a nurse, Jemima came to help me knowing that she wasn't assigned to me (not my nurse that day) and this happened twice.
When she was my nurse one day, it was after my surgery and my mood was not good. She was encouraging me from the morning to move out of bed and she started preparing me psychologically and physically. She brought someone to help her, but when I moved out of bed I felt severe pain and I couldn't even stand up due to numbness in my feet. I started crying and screaming but she calmed me down with her kind words, "I am here holding you don't be scared." She started massaging my back and I put my head on her then she touched my head. All that time she was bending over for 15 minutes without complaining, I felt totally calm.
On the next day, I started having positive energy that helped me stand-up and walk with the help of nurses. After one day I started walking alone, remembering her encouraging words. I was outside my room, I accidentally saw her, I couldn't hold myself from hugging her and thanking her and that her words for me were the reason behind my progression. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
