Jessica is a kind, caring, and compassionate nurse. Since our first day in the NICU, she has taken care of our daughter but has also taken care of us. Jessica treats the babies she takes care of like her own. She is gentle and loving with the babies. As she is working with the babies, she always explains to parents what she is doing. When we first got to the NICU, we were scared and nervous. Jessica explained things several times and always took time to answer our questions. When we had to leave for something we always knew our daughter was in great hands and didn't worry about her while we were gone. Jessica has also had a student with her for part of our stay and she is a wonderful teacher. Jessica is a great example of what a nurse should look like. We are so glad she got to take care of our daughter. Thank you, Jessica.
