When we came in back in May we had constant 'emergency issues'. Each night we had Josh, he came in and made every 'emergency issue' basically vanish or at least smooth to advance to next day. It did not matter if it was bleeding, fever, heart rate, ill, comfort or a host of other issues we encountered. Josh is very skilled in his profession. He recalled personal preferences and comforts. Josh excelled in every area. I am very thankful to have obtained excellent care as well as such a high standard at the very beginning of this hospital stay. Techniques demonstrated by Josh helped us overcome additional challenges on other floors.
