Juan is a compassionate, proactive nurse. He helps other nurses out without complaining and even fills in for charge nurse when needed. Most importantly, Juan is respectful and not lazy. Even when it is crazy and busy, Juan always has a good attitude.

Very polite and explained what he will do and I should expect. Very professional in all aspects. Placed me in a bed and told me to just relax. He took charge and got his job done accurately. All his co-workers seem to like him a lot. It's nice to be a patient under his care!

I was in a lot of pain, he was able to calm me down despite my unbearable pain. He put my IV and drew my blood. He only stuck me once and did not have to fish for my veins. I too work in the medical field, but I never experienced anything like I did today. Very great RN, bless him and family. I am still in some pain, staying overnight, but he brings a smile to my face.

Juan is very informative, good-natured, and made me feel at ease. I'm afraid of needles. Juan gave me an injection in my butt, he was patient and calmed me. I have had a bad experience in E.R. but Juan was very accommodating, kind and professional.

Juan was extremely helpful, competent, and gracious. My husband came in with SVT, his heart rate was over 214. He was serious, attentive, performing his duties quickly and efficiently. He showed proper concern and professionalism. He quickly triaged him and got him proper care to get his condition under control. He was attentive to me as well, informing me all the way through. In a very stressful situation, he was professional, efficient and calming influence!
