I was so appreciative of Kathy Baker who came to my home and talked to me about going to sub acute rehab. Kathy's concern for my safety and well being was apparent. She helped me see that I was not safe at home in my current condition. She was able to make all of the arrangements for my admission into subacute rehab. Kathy's sincere concern enabled me to make the difficult decision to go receive the care I needed. I truly appreciate all she did. Because of her, I am now able to care for myself again.
