Katy is an excellent nurse. She consistently went of out of her way to provide compassionate care not only to my grandmother but to me as her caregiver. She was professional at all times, conscientious, prompt and knowledgeable and she demonstrated consistent kindness and empathy. When she asked my grandmother how she was doing, she would also ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything. I know being a nurse myself that this is exceptional. She was busy but paid attention to every detail and went out of her way to make a difference with everyone she encountered. She answered every question and was honest if she didn’t know the answer and went to find the answer and bring it back. She was assertive yet gentle. Her skills were of obvious excellence she really made a positive change for us during a rough time and I really appreciated her. Rhonda is a nurse who really stands out among her peers. If anything happened to me or any loved one in the future, I would definitely want her great care again.
