...As a mother, you're always scared to death bringing your child to the ER but Kelsey immediately put my mind to rest as she assured me that we were in the very best hands. She treated my 4 year old like I do and K loved her and Kelsey made her laugh, even being as sick as my daughter was. Kelsey showed true professionalism to us for the 7 hours we were in the ER. Not only that, but she was prompt and answered any question we had. She went above and beyond and out of her way to do things for us. Even things as little as finding us a pillow, and bringing back my daughter her favorite color Gatorade just because the medicine tasted bad. There is not one complaint that I could say about her! Y'all are so lucky to have a great nurse that invests her love on these children which is what they need. Thank you again for having such a wonderful employee!

Kelsey was wonderful in ensuring my granddaughter had anything she needed to keep her comfortable and calm. She checked on her promptly and made us feel reassured. Has a can-do attitude and a sweet personality. Such an asset to your facility!
