Kim Boyd always takes such pride in each of her patients. There are countless stories that I could tell you but one that sticks out in particular is Kim being so kind and considerate to a patient and his family that had to be transported to another facility.
All the patient kept saying to his wife was "we don't have any money for you to drive to the hospital". So Kim took it upon herself to give the patient's family her own money so the patient's family could travel to be with the patient. The patient's family was so appreciative. Kim never asked to be thanked or reimbursed.
She is always going over and above to make sure patients' families are taken care of as much as the patients are.
