My Mom came to St. Agnes after a fall, in pain and distress. We met Kim on her second day and I could see right away how the nurse's calm, compassionate care made my Mom feel better. After Kim helped with a potentially painful and invasive procedure, my Mom thanked Kim and said "I hope someone as gentle and kind as you will be here if I need anything else". Kim found a way to solve every problem, kept us posted on things, provided everything my Mom needed and took the time to get to know me and my Mom. We were lucky to have Kim with us for several days of my Mom's stay. Thank you Kim.
