Leonardo played a huge role in finding the family of a very sick patient. The patient had been separated from his wife for 30 years, was homeless and undocumented. Many of his providers had lost hope in finding a solution. Leonardo took the time to have extensive conversations with the patient and even drove to one of his friend's homes after work. He exemplified what role healthcare providers can play in the lives of their patients when compassion and sincerity flourish. Thank you, Leo.

Leonardo went above and beyond for a patient. The patient left personal belongings at a Greyhound station and Leo went out of his way to go to the station to pick up belongings. He is very helpful to other members of his staff and is always very caring towards his patients. Leo is a great Nurse.
