This was my first delivery and as you can imagine, I was extremely nervous and scared. As soon as she came into the room, I knew my "angel" had walked in. She answered all of my questions and calmed all my fears. Once the second stage of labor began and I needed to start pushing, that's when my angel, Linda really revealed herself. Linda was so encouraging and patient. She knew exactly what to say and what to do to get me to focus and continue pushing. In the end, my precious daughter was born. I am convinced that if Nurse Linda was not in the delivery room, I would've ended up having a c-section. Nurse Linda went beyond the call of duty. She remained positive and helpful, tending to both my physical and mental needs. I am convinced that she was my angel that day and that God put her in my path to help with the safe delivery of my first child. It is because of her that I will always have nothing but positive words to say about Saint Peter's University Hospital.
