I would like to thank all of your staff members who rendered special care to me before during and after the surgery period. One of them really stands out though, his name is Nards. The moment we checked into our assigned room, he welcomed us with his cheery smile and answered all our questions while giving us orientation without delay. He communicated really well. Given the situation, I was stressed, scared and worried and he somehow made me feel better with his empathetic attitude. He was one of my nurses too and each time he came into my room, he always had this caring smile and non-judgmental attitude when I complained about my breathing problems. It is important to note though that all your nurses in this unit are very caring, sympathetic and have positive attitudes. They pay attention to details, bring meds on time and carefully explained what each medicine is for.

Nards helped us in any way he could, making sure that my mom is comfortable. He helped us change bedding every time it got soiled, even though he had to do it a few times in his shift, he always cheerfully helped us. He even shared comforting words, positive vibes that surely lightened the mood during his shift. His presence surely brought cheer to my mom knowing that he would be her nurse during her time. He is compassionate and as my mom's daughter, I can see that he treats his patients as if he is treating his own parents. If more nurses were like him, surely patients will heal faster and be comforted that they are in good hands and help is available when needed.
