Manjit Kaur is one of the senior nurses in 3 West ICU who exemplifies excellent, outstanding, above and beyond patient care. Every shift she works, her passion for what she does is observed. Not only is her passion observed but her knowledge as well, which is spread throughout the unit among her fellow nurses as well as doctors.
Manjit is a patient advocate. Her feet are planted firmly in upholding the highest level of integrity for her patients and all other patients, despite the resistance she may encounter. In the ICU, we have many patients who are voiceless and Manjit is the voice of knowledge, passion, and love, who speaks on behalf of the voiceless.
