--Mary Pat had talked with me long distance (Baltimore) concerning my brother. The occasion to utilize your hospital was very stressful due to brother’s condition. Mary Pat was most calming, reassuring, knowledgeable and caring as she guided us through his procedures. What a wonderful ambassador of your hospital!

--I wanted to say thank you for all you did during my father’s hospitalization. From the first day my mother and I met you we felt completely at ease and comfortable. At a time like that, that was so important. You answered every question we had and always made us feel as if we were the most important people and your only “clients”. You were honest with us, which was so refreshing, and needed. I have come to realize that although we were robbed of extra time with my dad, we were spared from watching him suffer. For that I am grateful. I was with my dad the day before he died and we had a wonderful talk—that is something I will always cherish. The day my dad died my mom wanted you there—you gave her (and all of us) a great deal of comfort. You knew what to say and what to do. At a time of utter despair, you helped keep us focused on my dad and what needed to be done.

--The best part of finding a lump in my breast was the people I met who work in the treatment thereof. Particularly you! Every time I came to the center, I hoped to see you and when I did, it brightened my stay. I treasure those who have a sense of humor, and who are easy to talk with. It was a pleasure getting to know you and I am ever grateful for your soft touch and your quick phrase—giving me a smile and always making me less fearful of the process.

--Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with us during Mom’s first chemo treatment. I can’t begin to tell you how comforting it was to talk to you. I personally believe everything happens for a reason and there was certainly a reason why God brought you into our lives! We are blessed!
