I've been a firefighter/paramedic for 28 years. I was scared when I found out I needed an ablation. The pre-op staff was great, but when I woke up in recovery Melissa exceeded all of my expectations. I was uncomfortable after 5 hours of general anesthesia. Melissa was reassuring to me, but made sure my concerned wife was taken care of, while being very considerate of my modesty, questions, and concerns. Melissa was never overbearing, but just right with attentiveness. She even gave me her own yogurt. Melissa got me through the recovery with a caring, compassionate. I've supervised a lot of people in emergency services, Melissa impressed me and I feel like that's not the norm today.
