Melvin was the perfect combination of skill, intelligence, compassion, and professionalism. He was alert and engaged with his patient, our family. When you have to trust your life with someone, Melvin is the nurse to have. Not only can he manage the complicated stuff, but he still was able to connect and protect privacy, promote dignity and he radiated confidence. I have seen many good nurses, but with 100% confidence, he is the best nurse we have ever known. We were blessed to have Melvin assigned to our family member.
