Being a new parent is scary in itself, let alone being a parent of twins and having to stay in the NICU. I was a nervous wreck, and I know that I asked question after question, probably more than once because of the lack of sleep, but everything was answered promptly and with great detail in the explanations so that my wife and I could understand and feel more comfortable. Morgan took amazing care of my little girl through her stay so that she could get home like her sister. She was so bright and helped add cheer to our lives through this stressful period.
Always checking on all of us, making sure that we were taken care of as well. I believe that she truly cared about my daughter and was rooting to see her get to where she needed, which was home with the rest of the family. She treated us like people not just patients/parents, we thank you so much for that. The last time we had to say goodbye to her was truly bittersweet, and I cannot express how much I really appreciate everything that she did for us. I know it's her job but you can tell how much she enjoys it and that is truly remarkable!
I was very pleased with all of the staff and the care we received and would love to pass my experience on to others. Keep Morgan around, if and when my wife and I decide to have our next babies we will be back, and I and hope to run into her again, just not in the NICU, if we can prevent it. Thank you for staffing amazing individuals like her!
