When we explained a problem we were having associated with my husband's recent lung cancer diagnosis, but not specifically related to the matter we were in the surgical ward for, Nancy made several phone calls and even phoned another department to solve our problem and make my husband more conformable. She even wheeled him to our car in the parking lot!
