I don't know where to start because there are so many great qualities about Olivia. She has been in the department for some years. She also happens to be our charge nurse. She has great expertise and knowledge. She makes her job look easy because she always has a very calming personality, regardless of the 6 cups of coffee she drinks. She has been going above and beyond since day one of her position as a charge nurse. She will always have a smile regardless of how chaotic things are. She is notorious for being so prepared, ask her if you forget something and she will have the answer. She will at times be clocked out but won't leave until she makes sure her team is okay. She is the first to respond to try to make arrangements when there is a schedule change.
Her patients miss her being on the floor, but they will still make sure they say hi to her during their visits. She is the best charge nurse anyone can ask for.
