Penny showed us amazing care during our week here. She went above and beyond by all measures, not only for our 4 children admitted here but for me and my wife as well. She worked with extreme dedication and a tireless desire to care for our children during this horrific week. We couldn't have known as much as we do now on how to help our children at home after being discharged without countless hours of patience and expert instructions from Penny.
