My unfortunate experience was made better by having Priscilla as my nurse on 2 occasions. It is not easy to insert an IV on me and she was spectacular. On the first try, she nailed it! This may seem insignificant to most but having nurses try and not succeed 3 or 4 times and then have to get the head nurse, it's a relief to me. I told her she was a saint. She is thorough, competent and a joy. When she enters your room, you know it's going to be okay. Thank you for having her as one of your nurses. I hope I never see her again, but if so, it'll be alright because she'll be there.

Priscilla was exceptionally kind and took the extra time to take my medication list and itemize each one so I would know what I was taking them for. Until then, I had no idea what each one was for. Several doctors and other personnel who had to use this list commented on how helpful this was. I have had several copies made and gave them out plus I made a copy for each car and (purse for my wife) to keep them handy when needed. This was very appreciated. Thank you, Priscilla.

Priscilla is so very kind, cheerful, efficient, and she always finds a way to relate to her patients. I really appreciate her and all that she does. I truly hope she will be able to read this and know she makes a positive difference every day she comes to work.
