Rachel picked up several (EPIC) trainings to cover employee training. Her hours have been extreme this summer, often working 6 days including weekends. She also helped out on the unit one day when a patient was crashing, placing orders for the doctor, and charting for nurses.

I worked closely with Rachel Monday and Tuesday; she never sat down, was a life saver for ICU with extremely critical patients coming out and no access to orders, and a crashing patient where the RNs had no time to enter orders. She stayed late to make sure things were settled before she left. Rachel went way above and beyond for us and it would have been a nightmare without her. She was cool, calm, and collected through it all. I cannot thank her enough.
