The patient said she woke up during the night very wet from sweating. She was very uncomfortable from being wet. She said Renee gave her a complete bath and even washed her hair, provided clean linens and gown. She said nothing could have made her feel better and she appreciated the special care she received. She said she felt Renee went above and beyond and was very caring.

This is a great example of patient-centered care provided by Renee. Not only did she remain attentive to the patient`s clinical condition and plan of care, but she also took the time to make her feel refreshed, dry, and comfortable. Maintaining a person`s dignity is just as important as treating their condition, and Renee did just that. This obviously left the patient with a remarkable impression of the care she received.
