Rob is probably one of the kindest people I know. He is always pleasant and calm; yet, expedites things quickly. Rob is also a team player. He brought me heat packs when I was in pain, even though I was wasn't his patient. Very nice person with a heart of gold!

Not knowing what to expect because I have always been extremely fortunate not to need, have, or receive any medical assistance in 35 years, it was welcoming and comforting to me to have Rob as the first Nurse I met. I can't say enough about the compassion he showed toward me and how comforting it is knowing that. Not only my first night here at Viera was like that, but every shift I encountered with Rob. He was also so gentle in waking me for any required medication or medical attention during the night. Rob also was a good verbal communicator and explained what he was doing and left me reassured by a calming presence and his self confidence in his ability to adapt his skills to my personal medical needs. Therefore, my family and I would like to see Rob Roman recognized for the well-deserved DAISY Award.

Everything Rob did showed his skill and intelligence. I felt very taken care of and always knew what to expect next. I was here through 6 sets of nurse shift changes. Rob deserves the award!
