Ron has been a great example of an employee that is not only a team player but frequently goes above and beyond for his coworkers and family. He is constantly helpful in finding information and being a resource of information for the unit. He has been training some of the interns and has always received very positive reviews from them, as well as any nursing students that have had him as a nurse.
Ron recently went above and beyond for a patient's family that believed their loved one's dentures had been lost. Without hesitation or complaints, he went through nearly 10 bags of soiled linen to help find the patients dentures. This among many other countless instances that go unnoticed is why he is one of our best employees.
