The first impression of Rose was authentic and sincere. She is a beautiful young lady that likes and cares about her job. My husband and I noticed that immediately. Rose was very careful with her care and made sure my husband was comfortable. Rose was knowledgeable she knew what she was doing. If we had a question she would answer it immediately. Rose will greet you when entering the room, when she left the room and also if she sees you in the hallway, she will wave or say hello. She is very attentive at all times. Manatee Memorial hospital is very lucky to have her on staff. Rose gave a new name to nursing "Excellence" Thank you Rose.

This is my first overnight stay in a hospital. Rose knew the answers to my questions before I had to ask them. She has been very encouraging, even when I hadn't moved from my bed for hours. I am so appreciative of her encouragement. I've been quite scared and even though I didn't tell her, I think she knew. She was extremely compassionate. I laid in bed a few times wondering what I had done to myself and regretted my decision; without fail there was rose telling me how well I was doing even if it didn't feel like that to me. She made my stay here as pleasant as it could be. I am grateful that she was my nurse.
