Sara is an ardent professional. When I was admitted into this hospital, I could hardly breathe. My chest felt like it was going to explode. I spent more than 6 hours in the ER before I was admitted. Sara was so loving and kind to me. She made sure I got pain meds, food and a comfortable bed. At one point, on several occasions, I burst out crying from the pain and fear of what was happening to me. Sara was so reassuring, kind, supportive and compassionate that I felt safe and less frightened. She answered my questions and ensured I understood everything about my test results and my new meds. She also made sure that I had good, steady pain management plan.
