Saul was exceptional! He had so much compassion while I had the breathing tube. Anytime I had a question he was right there to answer it for me, and if he couldn't answer it, he would ask the doctor and found out for me. I never felt afraid or nervous to ask Saul to help me with anything, he was always open and approachable. He would come to hold my hand when I was having a rough day. He would calm my nerves when I started to panic when I couldn't breathe. If ever I had a moment when I started to feel sad or that no one understood what I was feeling, he was right there to give me a pep talk. He gave me extra strength or helped me find it in myself. I don't know how I would have done it without his help. He was called into work for extra shifts and never did he get frustrated or exhausted taking care of his patients. If he was tired, it never showed. He helped bathe me, took me to the restroom, cleaned me when I had accidents. I will always be thankful for Saul. They say one person can make a difference and for me it was Saul.
