Tammy knows her patients. She is very knowledgeable, not only in medicine but other services/engineering as well. I usually am very hot. The other techs and nurses told me there was nothing that could be done except for turning down the thermostat 2 degrees per half hour. When Tammy got here she said she would call engineering to have it reset. While waiting for them she secured me a fan. Recovering from a total knee replacement is very painful. Cooling down the room made a huge difference. She was also very informative on the meds and was on time to the minute getting meds and seeing that the tech had ice packs for me on time. Tammy cares about her patients and is very efficient, not to mention a good educator. There was not a question she couldn't answer. Very, very personable and shows excellent caring and nursing skills.
