Valaria Razo did not think in the single "I" mode, it is more like "we" by including all of the components for healing.

She showed Compassion as I had been have been very depressed and just tired of being at the hospital. She picked up on that and took interest and talked to me. She turned my day around making me feel more positive.

Her Accountability was always present. I never had her forget anything or not follow through on any request I made of her.

"Respect" - I was not just a patient, I was a person first. Although she did not know me before I was hospitalized, she treated me like family, friend and gave her all.

"Excellence" - I commend this nurse on a job well done. The joy of having you as my nurse brings a smile to my face and warmth in my heart. I felt secure knowing you were here for me. The nurse/patient interaction in a hospital setting is just as important as the medicine used to heal.

Valaria embraces her patients knowing the I CARE guidelines of the hospital.
