Will was the best nurse my dad had at Memorial over a month stay. He went above and beyond to help Dad every time. He brought joy and security to my 82-year-old dad during a scary time. He was very skilled and whenever he saw Dad's call light on he stopped in to help him even if Dad was not his patient. He is a beautiful example of a mentor for others and not doing just your job but serving those who need help holistically.

I would like to thank Will for the extra compassion he showed me during a difficult time. Moving from the burn unit to rehab was worrisome. Will took the time to get to know me and my needs. He was able to anticipate my needs before I had to verbalize them. He did his absolute best to keep me comfortable when it was very hard to be comfortable. Will was knowledgeable of the fact that I needed my pain controlled before, during, and after my shower. When he applied medications, he did his best to not inflict pain and distracted me from the task. He was always considerate and polite while encouraging me to do things I otherwise didn't want to do. Since my return home, Will has called me to check up on me and make sure I was being cared for. Will is truly a great nurse and Memorial Medical Center is lucky to have him.

What a great nurse! He came almost immediately. You are fortunate to have him. He is a very pleasant, kind man. I like to tease, and he can dish it right back. For instance, my feeding tube popped open one day when he was giving me meds and squirted everywhere like fireworks exploding getting me all wet. Then we badgered each other for fun. He immediately got me a clean gown.
