Clinical Nurse Yu-Ya has been working in the surgical unit for more than 3 years.
She is always full of energy and enthusiastic about her work. She gives the warmest support and care to patients and their families. When performing nursing procedures, she's often praised by patients and their families.
For example, a patient was admitted to the hospital for hip replacement surgery. During wound dressing change and post-operative ambulation activity, Yu-Ya continued to give care, knowing that the patient was under great psychological and physical stress due to operation and hospitalization. By practicing TAH’s SHARE spirit, she always can sense their needs before patients ask.
Patients can suffer from pain and sleeping problems due to operation. Yu-Ya always cares about whether the patient’s wound pain has decreased and how well they slept. Patients have expressed how Yu-Ya is always full of vitality and has a sweet smile, how she cared about each patient’s condition, and how this made the patients feel full of hope throughout the day, and temporarily forget the physical pain.
During her busy work, Clinical Nurse Yu-Ya continues to enhance herself in her professional development and also seeks more medical information to benefit to her patients. She's patient-friendly and provides professional care for her patients.
She is truly a role model for nursing colleagues!
