In the midst of the great resignation, a National uptick in Type II violence, and nursing reporting unprecedented high compassion fatigue self-rated scores, we were desperate to change the climate. Bringing DAISY to the nurses was just the drop in temperature we were striving for. It has brought meaningful and welcomed positive energy to our staff, their families, and administrations during these difficult times.
