Dear 1 North Team,

First, I want to thank you all for the care and support that you all have given me and shown me these past three months.  Of all the work teams that I have encountered, 1 North has been the best.  The way you all work together and support each other is amazing.  Although you are always short-staffed, you managed to come together to make sure everyone is covered.  You have sacrificed your breaks because the care of your patients was much more needed.  I appreciate all of you and the work you do to care for people who are sick.  I appreciate your willingness to help each other.  You all work well together and the bond that I’ve witnessed is amazing.  This is the best team Kaiser has put together on one floor.  RNs, PCTs, and Janitors, and all other staff members, you all rock.  Keep up the great work and keep those smiles on your faces.  Don’t worry about me, I will be ok.  I’m going to live it up at home!
