My mother was admitted, she is 80 years old, and from the minute we entered the hallway to 6S, LT Bullock was professional, kind and sensitive toward me and my mother. I was nervous, my mother was afraid and scared. LT Bullock's kind words and gestures put us at ease immediately. He spoke slowly so my mother understood him. He found a common interest, gardening, in which he could converse with my mother. He had a soft touch when checking her vitals and injuries. He made us feel that my mother was the most important person in the hospital. When I left to go home I knew my mother was in the best of care! LT Bullock- thank you for being the best nurse my mother ever had!
