1LT James provided superb nursing care. As a Registered Nurse, my years of practice and experience put me in a confident-position to know I was in good hands. He made special care planning to ensure I took showers, secured the affected post-op arm with a long-gloved plastic splint. He shampooed my hair on discharge day which was a welcome treat. He also ensured my water vessel was always filled with ice-water. He is an excellent, wonderful and caring professional nurse. 1LT James spent time with me reviewing my medications, splint care, and return scheduled appointments. 1LT James is a fabulous nurse and a true role-model to our profession.
