1LT Vivian Granfield is to be commended for the exceptional care she provided to my daughter at Madigan. She is truly exceptional! She provided care with the utmost professionalism and yet in an unhurried, compassionate and attentive manner. She was responsive and intuitive and made us comfortable in a time of very high stress. She instilled a high level of trust and confidence in her ability to meet my family's needs.
