Thank you, Jeanne, for taking such great care of my mom. I appreciate all of your hard work and especially how you made my mom feel at ease. Thank you for being patient as well, since I had to translate for her. 

I would also like to acknowledge Mrs.Courtney B., Case Manager, for being so kind and friendly. I really appreciate you seeing that I was worried and concerned about my mom when you saw me crying and asked if I needed a hug; that hug meant a lot to me. Thank you so much.

And I would also like to acknowledge Kennedi and Lacey A. in Respiratory, for checking in on my mom. When they saw me crying and worried about my mom's condition, they were there to console me and give me words of encouragement. They all helped calm me down and encouraged me to be strong for my mom.

This is the reason I continue to bring my mom to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Because of such great caretakers who care for their patients and their families.
